ZM75-2B
The FUMAN 650KG Forestry Crane is a state-of-the-art hydraulic lifting solution designed to optimize timber handling in forestry, construction, and agricultural sectors. With a 650 kg lifting capacity and a maximum working radius of 8 meters, this crane combines power and precision to streamline log loading, tree felling, and material transportation. Built on a rugged steel frame with corrosion-resistant coating, it withstands harsh outdoor conditions while delivering 250 bar hydraulic pressure for smooth, responsive operation. Compatible with diesel engines (25–50 HP), it integrates seamlessly with tractors, trucks, or skidders, making it ideal for remote logging sites.
Heavy-Duty Construction: High-strength alloy steel frame and reinforced joints ensure longevity in demanding environments, with a 10,000+ hour lifespan under normal use.
Weather Resistance: Powder-coated finish resists rust and UV damage, maintaining performance in rain, snow, or extreme temperatures (-20°C to 50°C).
Smart Hydraulic System: Proportional control valves enable ±1° positioning accuracy, reducing log damage during lifting.
Quick Cycle Times: Lifts 650 kg logs in <12 seconds, boosting productivity by 30% compared to manual labor.
Dual Overload Protection: Automatic shut-off and pressure relief valves prevent overloading, ensuring operator safety.
Stability Enhancements: Wide base and anti-skid tracks minimize tipping risks on uneven terrain.
Wireless Remote Control: 50-meter range allows operators to maneuver safely from a distance, reducing fatigue.
User-Friendly Interface: Intuitive joystick controls with adjustable speed settings simplify training for new operators.
Tree Felling: Efficiently lifts and transports felled trees to collection points, reducing manual labor by 50%.
Log Sorting: Precise positioning for separating logs by size or species in lumberyards.
Material Handling: Moves steel beams, concrete blocks, or agricultural equipment on job sites.
Post Installation: Erects fence posts or utility poles with pinpoint accuracy.
Storm Cleanup: Clears fallen trees from roads and power lines during emergencies.
Waste Management: Lifts debris containers in recycling centers or landfill operations.
Mountainous Terrain: 4x4 drive system and reinforced tracks navigate steep slopes and rocky surfaces.
Wetlands and Marshes: Floating pontoon attachments enable operation in waterlogged areas.
Timber Clamps: Securely grip logs up to 1.2 meters in diameter for safe transport.
Demolition Shears: Cut through branches or metal rods during debris removal.
Hydraulic Jib Extension: Increases working radius to 10 meters for accessing hard-to-reach areas.
Rotating Head: 360° continuous rotation for flexible positioning in tight spaces.
Load Cell Indicator: Real-time weight monitoring to prevent overloading.
LED Work Lights: Illuminates work areas during low-light conditions.
Trailer Mounting Kit: Converts the crane into a mobile unit for easy relocation between sites.
Folding Mechanism: Reduces storage space by 40% when not in use.
ISO 9001 & CE Compliance: Rigorous testing ensures adherence to international safety and performance standards.
2-Year Warranty: Covers all components against manufacturing defects, with lifetime technical support.
OEM/ODM Services: Tailor hydraulic systems, mounting brackets, and control interfaces to match your equipment.

Timber Crane Operation Guide
1. Precautions before operation
(1) The crane is not allowed to be used before the outrigger cylinder is opened and locked.
(2) Before connecting the power take-off, be sure to check whether the control handle is in the middle position; if the handle is not in the middle position, return it to the middle position.
2. Operation start
Operation process: step on the clutch, put the speed lever in the neutral position, start the car, then pull out the manual air valve of the power take-off, and then slowly release the clutch pedal. At this time, the power take-off is in working condition.
3. Operation of the telescopic arm
Before lifting the cargo, you must estimate the weight of the cargo (this value should be compared with the rated load on the lifting torque) and calculate the route from the cargo drop point.
When lowering the cargo, operate slowly, land accurately and without swinging, and be careful not to let the cargo hit the crane or the car.
In order to increase the service life of the crane, avoid rotating the turntable with load when the telescopic arm is extended. It is best to shorten the telescopic arm to the shortest before rotating.
4. Crane folding
a. Folding the telescopic arm: pull the telescopic arm control lever to fully retract the telescopic arm.
b. Closing the boom: pull the luffing control lever to close the boom.
